Black & White Cookie Bars Recipe
Makes 16 Bars
1 Bar = 1.5g NC
1c Almond Flour
1/2c Confectioners Swerve or Xylitol
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbs Unflavored Gelatin
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Stick Salted Butter
4 Egg Yolks
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4c Choc Zero Dark Baking Chips
1/4c Choc Zero White Baking Chips
Preheat oven to 325°
Mixed together almond flour, Keto sweetener, gelatin, salt and baking powder.
Mix in the melted butter.
Stir vanilla extract into egg yolks.
Add egg yolks & mix well.
Mix in baking chips.
Oil 8 x 8 pan.
Press batter into pan. Batter will be very thick.
Bake on center rack of oven 30-35 minutes or until edges & top are browned.
Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
Hot bars will be very gooey. Bars firm up as they cool. Chill before cutting.
