Day 13 of doing Keto until I lose 100kg food ketoliving ketodiet whatieatinaday keto cooking [o2s5_j-gnIY]
My goal is to shed 100 kg (220 lbs), by following the Modified Keto Diet. This is definitely achievable with your assistance and continued support of my endeavour!
I am a fat guy, no bones about it. I've sat in chairs and broke them, I have struggled to sit in cinema seats, and I have had a hard time fitting in tight spaces. Enough was enough. I went to the Dr, asked for help, and got given a specialised diet, and will follow it to the letter. If I want to see my kids walk down the aisle, and be the one to walk them down, then it is my mission to make that happen. I will not contribute to the obesity pandemic any longer.
It's ok to be fat, but it ain't ok to stay fat!
Breakfast today was 2 of the keto egg muffins with onion and tomato from yesterday. They keep really well, and warm up great in the microwave. I am also trying something new, macros after each meal to read easier. Let me know how it is.
Lunch today was another 2 of the egg muffins and an extra chicken breast wrapped in bacon with cheese stuffing from last night. I was out today with my daughter, so had to have something I could enjoy hot or cold.
Dinner today was a fantastic pork chop, seasoned up, and fried. I slashed the fat and rendered it out so that the pork chops had something to cook in. The greenery is spinach, leek, mushrooms, with cream cheese and mozzarella.
Dessert was another one of the chocolate mousses. It’s probably going to get repetitive, like this footage. It’s from yesterday as I didn’t capture any today, as I didn’t think, I just dived right in! It was better today as it did set like a mousse at last.
