Going on a weight loss journey can still be fun with a twist. I find it difficult to drink apple cider vinegar at any time so I started adding fruits to mine. You can cut down on the honey since you get some sweetness from your choice of fruits.
In this video, I made ACV 3 ways;
ACV Mixture;
Sparkling water - 1.5L
Apple Cider Vinegar - 3 TBs
Ginger shot - 3 TBs
Juice if 1 Lemon
Honey (optional) - 3TBs
Cinnamon - 1/2 Tsp
Cayenne pepper - 1/8 Tsp
Stir the mixture.
For Strawberry ACV
Fresh strawberries puréed - 100g
Fresh mint leaves - chopped
Ice cubes (optional) but refreshing
Top up with ACV mixture
Stir
For Peach ACV
Fresh Peaches puréed - 140g
Fresh basil leaves - chopped
Ice cubes (optional) but refreshing
Top up with ACV mixture
Stir
For Green Tea ACV
Add boiling hot water to Green tea (1 tea bag or 2 tsp loose leaves). Let it cool down completely.
Ice cubes (optional)
Add ACV mixture to green tea
Fresh mint leaves
