1 tsp each thyme and paprika
½ tsp each onion and garlic powder
¼ tsp each cayenne pepper and salt
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salmon stuffed avocado, 2 servings:
- 2 small-medium avocados (200 g / 7.1 oz)
- 1 cup cooked salmon (6 oz)
- ½ cup chopped white onion (70 g / 2.5 oz)
- ¼ cup soured cream or mayonnaise (58 g / 2 oz)
- 2 tbsp each chopped dill and lemon juice
- ¼ tsp each salt and pepper or to taste
- freshly chopped dill and lemon wedges for garnish
Net carbs: 6.4 g, fiber: 7.5 g. protein: 27 g, fat: 34.6 g, energy: 463 kcal.
Egg stuffed avocado, 2 servings:
- 1 extra large or 2 medium avocados (300 g / 10.6 oz)
- 4 large cooked eggs, diced
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (58 g / 2 oz)
- 2 tbsp sour cream or more mayonnaise (24 g / 0.8 oz)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 spring onions, chopped (30 g / 1.1 oz)
