This is my complete shoulder workout that really wiped me out recently. I hope you all enjoy! I always try to work the front, top, and rear delts when performing a shoulder workout. Doing so help creates a more rounded shoulder look.
I also talk about my experience with the ketogenic diet in this video. I am still new to the ketogenic diet, it's only been a few weeks, but so far I'm loving the process. I have followed a low carb diet for a while, but the ketogenic diet has given me a sudden burst of energy that I've never felt before. I am finally waking up early in the morning and feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. I plan to give you all updates, as I am planning on staying on the ketogenic diet for much longer than I had anticipated.
