Adele Finally Opens Up About Her Weight Loss Journey [Q5Bwx92tyjQ]
Adele's weight loss journey gets some insane attention worldwide. And she's not okay with that! And here is why.
All the fuss began after Adele posted the pic on Instagram back in 2020, where she revealed her much slimmer physique. Apparently, the famous singer lost 100 pounds over a two-year period. Adele didn't speak about her weight loss journey until recent interviews with Oprah and both American and British Vogue. As Adele revealed, the reason for her weight loss is quite unexpected.
She didn’t start exercising just because she wanted to lose weight. It was a way to manage her mental health. Adele explained to Oprah that her anxiety was rooted in her divorce. She had the most terrifying anxiety attacks that paralyzed her completely. Exercising helped the singer take control over her body and put herself in a way better mental state.
Adele works out three times a day. She does her weights in the morning, hikes and boxes in the afternoon, and does her cardio at night. But what about diets? There was lots of speculation about Adele being on a Sirtfood diet. Well, the answer is: no Sirtfood diet, no intermittent fasting, NOTHING. Adele explains that she simply doesn't want to put her body under any food restrictions because she works out really hard. She even eats more than she used to!
Okay, so everything sounds great for Adele: she lost loads of pounds, she’s successfully conquering her anxiety, and she feels better than ever. But why is she not okay with that?
