How to Make Lemon Ginger Gummies:
1) Mix together 1 cup water and 3 tsp Agar Agar powder, set aside
2) Peel and slice 2 tbsp fresh ginger and squeeze the juice out of one lemon
3) Add 1/2 cup sugar-free sweetener, 2 cups of water and sliced ginger into a pot. Bring to boil for 3 minutes.
4) Remove ginger with a slotted spoon.
5) Slowly add in agar mixture into the pot and boil for 1 minute.
6) Add lemon juice into the pot and boil 1 additional minute.
7) Transfer mixture to molds and place in refrigerator until set.
