I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma August 2018. I began treatment September 2018. One of the Drugs I'm on is Revlimid which can cause painful Leg and Foot Cramps. This past year the Leg and Foot Cramps have increased majorly. I would get them around the clock, no matter what type of activities I was doing or if I was sitting down relaxing or sleeping.
I had blood test and wasn't deficient of any Vitamins or Minerals. I decided to talk to my Dana Farber Boston Multiple Myeloma Specialist and he suggested I try an Electrolyte Powder/Drink. Within 24 Hours of taking my first dose I began to feel better.
