What is the Ketogenic Diet or Ketosis?
• Ketosis means you're in a state of fat burning.
• When you get into ketosis and fat burning, the fat breaks down into what are called ketones. The body can use ketones as an alternative fuel source. This is a much better fuel source than sugar fuel.
Biology is smart. Historically, it allowed our bodies to adapt to Carb or FAT metabolism.
Everybody can do the keto diet.
