Lemon And Honey Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother - 1 cup Organic Apple Juice – 2 tbls + 1/4 tsp Agar Agar Powder – 1 Lemon - 2 tbls Raw Honey - Gummy bear mold with dropper-
1. Combine all ingredients together over low heat
2. Simmer for 5 minutes
3. Remove from the heat when the mixture starts to thicken
4. Use the dropper to put the liquid mixture inside of the gummy bear mold
5. Put in refrigerator to cool for at least 15 minutes
6. Remove gummy bears from the mold. They should be easy to remove
7. Store apple cider vinegar gummies in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 14 days
Notes
*If you do not have gummy bear molds, you can use a baking dish instead
*Add ginger and cayenne pepper to your gummies for added health benefits
