How much that cost is can be found&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/students\/student-information-and-resources\/bills-payments-and-refunds\/tuition-and-fee-rates\/2019-2020\/undergraduate\/tandon-school-of-engineering-2019-2020.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>&nbsp;for undergrad and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/students\/student-information-and-resources\/bills-payments-and-refunds\/tuition-and-fee-rates\/2019-2020\/graduate\/tandon-school-of-engineering-2019-2020.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>&nbsp;for grad students. Additional tuition and fee information can be found&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/students\/student-information-and-resources\/bills-payments-and-refunds\/tuition-and-fee-rates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Useful Forms<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you are changing Majors within Tandon:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/engineering.nyu.edu\/sites\/default\/files\/2018-07\/2016-request-to-declare-or-change-major-ugrad-tandon.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Change of major form<\/a>. Note that before filling out this form, you should get in contact with an advisor from the other program to see how your credits will transfer and if there are any other requirements for the change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you are changing majors cross school, ie I want to transfer from CAS Writing to Tandon IDM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read up on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/admissions\/undergraduate-admissions\/how-to-apply\/internal-transfers.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">internal transfers<\/a>, scroll down to find how to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you are taking more than 18 credits, have a time conflicted class, want to take a leave of absence amongst other needs. Such forms can be found at the link below<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/engineering.nyu.edu\/academics\/support-services\/registration\/registration-forms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">List of forms<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Does a withdrawal grade affect my GPA or affect anything?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Withdrawals do not impact your GPA, but you do not receive a refund for the class and the W will appear on your transcript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Can I take classes at other schools in NYU and outside of NYU?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As student at Tandon undergrads have 4 courses they can take at any other NYU school outside of Tandon. Masters students may take 3 courses outside of Tandon.
