Sorry the video isn't super high tech like others but this is just some photos from my journey to actually complete a goal I set on January 1, 2012. I have always had the usual resolution of "losing weight" "getting healthy" but this time I really wanted to stick with it. I started out between 178-180 lbs (didn't have scale till Febuarary) and I set my goal for 150 lbs by the NFL Draft (April 26, 2012). Found out about the Ketogenic diet and did my research and started the diet in mid february. Since then I've never felt better.
