Coconut Oil Keto Diet Ketone Test - Better than MCT Oil? [ie5QPkWjAcU]
Previously, we saw MCT Oil raise my blood ketones on average 0.45mmol/L after being in a semi-fasted state in the morning (raises of 0.3mmol and 0.6mmol).
So Mike tests coconut oil, and gets rises of 0.7mmol and 0.2mmol! Overall, the same average.
So why should I use MCT oil instead of coconut oil on the ketogenic diet if I actually like coconut oil's taste in my coffee and it's cheaper?
