My question is simply to ask you why it's not hard? We are bombarded with carb-loaded foods at every turn. There are holidays, weddings, retirements, baby showers, birthdays, and on and on it goes. Television commercials tempt us with carb-laden goodies, and magazines are filled with mouth-watering pictures of decadent carb-heavy foods. So, help me understand why its not hard to sustain?
