👨🍳Ingredients in my Diet Plan:
60g oats
200g Egg Whites
2 Whole Eggs
1 Medium Banana
10g Honey
📝Nutrition Facts:
Calories: 528
Protein: 42g
Carbs: 56g
Fats: 15g
🍞Option 1:
Made powder of my 60g Oats and made 2 roties of it.
Cooked 2 Whole Eggs + 200g Whites and made an omelette out of it.
Replaced 10g Honey with 25g Ketchup.
Ate Banana separately.
🍳Option 2:
I cooked 2 Whole Eggs without oil.
Replaced 200g Egg Whites with 1 Scoop Whey, and put that into 60g oats.
Mashed the banana and 10g Honey in the oats bowl itself.
🥣Option 3:
Just replaced banana with 200g Melon, and 200g Egg Whites with 1 Scoop Whey.
Rest everything was same.
🥞Option 4: MY FAVOURITE
My wife makes this for me.
Replaced 10g Honey with 30g Hershey’s Sugarfree Chocolate Syrup(15cals), with 30g Blueberies(15cals)
