This is a 10 minute workout that will target the belly fat sticking out above your belly button!
Belly fat is stored in different positions of the stomach depending on the causes! Most times, if your upper belly (above your belly button to the midsection) keeps storing fat, it means you are eating more calories than what your body needs as energy. If you feel like your stomach is sticking out only at the very top (midsection to your ribs), it may just be bloating rather than stomach fat because the very top area of your stomach barely stores fat. If this is the case, try to watch out with food intolerances and use this stretching video to release all the gas and gain a flatter upper stomach.
